Working at your own fitness level you will be challenged to push your limits and encouraged to work towards your own personal goals. When you leave Ashley’s class you will feel empowered, successful and ready to take on the rest of your day!
Ashley’s yoga classes are designed with the beginner in mind, starting every pose from the base up, with a focus on alignment, moving with your breath and the understanding that yoga is about how YOU feel in the pose. You will be encouraged to find strength in certain poses, and relaxation in others, always given a choice to move through a more active sequence or restful one depending on your own requirements that day. Explore your practice, your breath and your mind-body connection in a beginner friendly, not-so-serious environment.
